During my stay at the Mosaic House Design Hotel, I found the decor quite modern and inviting, though my overall experience was marred by significant noise disruptions at night from the club below my dorm. While the staff were friendly and helpful, it was disappointing to find that my original booking was not honored and I ended up in a mixed-gender dorm instead of a single-gender one. Additionally, I felt concerned about the security of my belongings due to inadequate locker facilities.

However, I struggled with the noise from the events held at the hotel, which sometimes made it hard to sleep.
